DIY: Pomanders

Want to learn how to make the pomanders from Tyler and Andrea's wedding? Well here's how!

What you'll need:
Styrofoam ball, large and small
Flowers
Glue gun and glue sticks
Scissors and/or wire cutters
Ribbon
Pins

Step 1:
cute the flowers off of the stems, leaving a little less than an inch of stem.

Step 2:
Put a small dot of glue on the Styrofoam ball and then push the stem of the flower into the ball. The glue will dry and help the flower to stay in place. Repeat this step, placing the flowers side by side to completely cover the Styrofoam. Leave a very small section blank at the top so the ribbon can be attached. Let dry.

Step 3:
Cut your ribbon the desired length. Fold the piece of ribbon in half, and then put the pin around the loop. Add a small dot of glue to the area, and then push the pin into the ball. Let dry.

Step 4:
Tie the ribbon in a bow at the top.

These can be hung on pews down the aisle, be used on tables, or even take the place of the bridesmaid's bouquet and be carried.
